§ I. General provisions

Personal data collected by the Administrator through the website are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as "RODO", and the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018.

§ II. Type of personal data processed, purpose and scope of data collection and legal basis

Administrator processes personal data via in case:user's use of the contact form. Personal data are processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO as a legally justified interest of the Administrator.subscribing by the user to the Newsletter in order to send commercial information electronically. Personal data are processed upon separate consent, based on Article 6(1)(a) RODO.

§ IV. Archiving period of personal data

Personal data of users are stored by the Administrator: in case the basis of data processing is the performance of a contract, for as long as it is necessary for the performance of the contract, and after that for a period corresponding to the period of limitation of claims. Unless otherwise provided by a specific provision, the period of limitation shall be six years, and for claims for periodic performance and claims related to the conduct of business activity - three years. Where the basis for data processing is consent, the data shall be processed for as long as the consent is not revoked, and after the revocation of consent for a period of time corresponding to the statute of limitations for claims which the Administrator may assert and which may be asserted against it. Unless a specific provision of law provides otherwise, the statute of limitations is six years, and for claims for periodic performance and claims related to the conduct of business activity - three years. § V. Disclosure of personal data

Personal data of users are transferred to service providers used by the Administrator in the operation of the Website. The Administrator shall apply technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of the processed personal data appropriate to the risks and categories of data covered by the protection, and in particular to protect the data from unauthorized access, from being taken by an unauthorized person, from being processed in violation of applicable laws, and from being altered, lost, damaged or destroyed.The Administrator shall make available appropriate technical measures to prevent unauthorized persons from acquiring and modifying personal data sent electronically.

§ IX. Final provisions

In matters not regulated by this Privacy Policy the provisions of RODO and other relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply respectively. The Administrator reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice to users. Any changes to the Privacy Policy shall always be published on this website. They shall come into force on the date of publication of the Privacy Policy.
